In a short story by Barbra Hambly, the main charater opines that, "The love charm that works, is to write 'Ilove you' on a piece of parchment and wrap it aroun eight or ten cold coins. In a pinch, you don't need the parchment."

Any body have a better love potion recipe or love charm?

Yup, it's called...............Nope. I can't say it. It was a hideous joke in high school and it would probably just earn me the enmity(Did I just make up a word?) of everyone who I haven't already called a pillow biter or a baby killer.

Ignore this post.

You should never use love potions or love spells, they can back fire big time...

It is called truth and integrity, commitment, respect, and trust, friendship, companionship, lust and love.

now mix all those together.

Okay, so how's that work then?

Do you throw it at someone, what with the weight of eight gold coins it should be easy enough to drag the unconscious victim back to your cave?

Now.... when can I get eight gold coins for a fiver <g>

Eight one ounce coins aren't a very effective bludgeon I should think.

In our more modern and efficient society, I think a Gold or platinum credit Card with "I love you" written just above the spell victim's embossed name would work just as well. (as long as the bills go to you.)
