I'm sorry, I'm not a trained councelor, or someone who's ever been in that situation, however, I can give you my best advice for the situation. If you are feeling upset, talk to her, honestly, and calmly. Suggest couple's therapy, or just talking. Also, it might be time to put a "how much" test to the relationship. Outline what you consider the absolute max of heartache this relationship is worth to you, and then think about how much heartache it has caused you.
