Lots of big televisions!

Not everyone wants to live in a downtown metro in an overpriced 4-plex either.

I can buy a house in California (a fixer but still...) for under 150K. I can buy a house in Az for <150K. Same with Fla, Tx, Al, Miss, La, and so on.

And, I have no problems with people wanting to pay rent for the rest of their lives because they can't figure out how to save money instead of waste it chugging down a suitcase of beer every evening after work. Landlords gotta make a profit too ya know.

And I can buy one out in rural KANSAS.

But then, you're in KANSAS.

If you have no business there, you don't belong there...

To address njl, I wasn't a fan of it under Trump either.

I've read extensively from classic economics (no MMT here)
and I understand the pernicious danger of inflation to the poor.

Yes, you have more dollars, but knowing you have more dollars
those who sell raise their prices because their replacement costs
are going to go up. There is no such fucking thing as a multiplier.

Printing more money is a political move designed to buy votes;
it has no positive effect upon the general economy and
the poor lose ground because only those closest
to the inflation benefit from it.

People don't seem to see the entire picture and often say things that only reflect one part they agree with while ignoring everything else.

$100k for a house? Not in my town.

Nope , not here either. No where in the North East USA or the greater Montreal area. Things are doubling-tripling. Biding wars here, over the asking price.
Keeping a close eye on the market.

Big state, lotsa land, but no private land....

Land is spendy.

$100k might get you a trailer in the valley.
