Lost

I think people would have come to Sayid's funeral after all the things he did.

My beau thinks it's either the black woman (he can't recall her name) or Walt.

Oh, Rose is her name apparently. I didn't watch tonight but I will tomorrow night fer sure.

That's a good point. Maybe it is Sawyer and Kate is with Sayid. (Now I'm just grasping.)
The fact that anything is possible is what makes it great.

I wonder if the fact that Jack and Claire are brother/sister will come back into play?

I don't see why people would ostracize either one of them. Walt is obviously the Christ figure in this tale so there's no reason to hate him.

Right. It would be someone pretty hated.

Ben

locke, he did kill that chick trying to "save" them. Whether he's right or wrong, we don't know yet.

michael, pure asshole. hate that character.

Nah. Nothing like that. He's good at figuring out the end of films and such so when I logged on I showed him the last page of this thread as he's a HUGE Lost fan (been waiting for this fucker to start again for months and months). He came up with Rose or Walt solely based on the location of the funeral or such.

You serious?

Any clue how or why?

I don't know the details. That's just one of the things the producers said in a recent issue of Entertainment Weekly. They claimed Michael's return was one of the bigger events of season 4.

I'm pretty sure the person in the coffin is someone we've yet to be introduced to.

it's been a freaking long 8 months!

Tonight...2 shows

8pm
"Past, Present & Future"
The mysteries of the island and its inhabitants; secrets that have been revealed and secrets that remain unanswered.

9pm
"The Beginning of the End"
Convinced that rescue is near, the survivors are uncertain whether to believe Charlie's final message warning them about their apparent rescuers.

I'm glad they didn't fuck with us like last season and just show a clipisode on opening night.

well, apparently the first episode is kind of like that...it's a catch up episode, but at least they are putting a new episode right after that.

I am super excited for tonite's episode.

Also last night I was glued to my television. I enjoyed the subtitles at the bottom and the explanations they did

Watching Charlie last night again -- made me cry. I enjoyed his character ever so much.

Oh' and I had forgotten how much I DISLIKE Ben.

There is no guarantee that Charlie is actually dead. Maybe his willingness to sacrifice himself was enough to appease the gods.

The writers said they killed Charlie off because they'd taken that character as far as he could go. There was no more growth or self-discovery to be had so they let him go.

Does this mean everybody on the show is eventually gonna die as we get the answers we so desperately ask for? Somebody should have explained this thought process to Sly Stallone say about, 20 years ago!!!
