Lost story? Young lady walking through streets naked handcuffed by herself

Hi, another story I am trying to find. Girl is walking the local streets naked and then decided to - throw keys to handcuffs in her neighbors pool. Drives to bar. Strips off and throws clothes in car , puts handcuffs on and lock car. Then Has to walk home almost makes it and sees neighbors home and panics. Lesbian neigh out out walking says hi, has seen her walking streets naked recently and wondered what was happening. She tells neighbour story and she agrees to get pool owners out of house for a price. Takes her home and teases her making her super hornet then calls neighbors to come over and help move lounge? Naked call runs out the back door and is trying to pick keys up in pool with her foot when the 2 guys come home and catch her. They are concerned that someone has done this to her but hearing it’s self inflicted and she will do what they want. They make her night.
Looks like I remember it fairly well, perhaps I should rewrite it and get done for plagiarism
Any help with author or even with similar stories would be appreciated.
