Thanks Lou. The problem is, he's a nasty, snide and spiteful poster. I can't just discount that as him being a scummer. I tried that once and it cost me dearly. Unfortuneatly I have to asume he is just as low class as his posts indicate and that he is just as mentally unstable as the last person who threatened me.

It's a sad way to have to be, but I can't count on another neighbor being home, hearing screams and having the courage to respond. I reported it to Laurel, I hope she will warn him against making threats and that will be the end of it. But I'll never ignore threats again, the costs of being wrong about a person's potential to do violence are just too severe.
