The night had an air of mystery about it as Gabrielle sat waiting for the surprise birthday party everyone so non convincingly tried to hide from her but now it is going on ten thirty at night and not even a phone call as she looked out of the overly large picture frame window watching the rain fall and smiling softly while imagining running around in the rain twirling like a ballerina.
She gets up off the satin covered love seat and walks to the kitchen pouring herself a glass of strawberry lemonade taking a sip setting it on the counter then heading up the large curved staircase to the third floor and makes her way to the bathroom turning on the shower to a steamy hot temperature slowly stripping and stepping and sitting on the bench along the north wall of the large glass surrounded shower as the water beads across her skin and her hands softly rub up and down her thighs.
