Apparently, high fat diet really do work. No more carbohydrate. No more fruits.

Just Mcdonald's double quarter pounder without bread.

Theoretically, one can eat steak three times a day and still lose a stone in a week.

However, low carbohydrate diet makes you feel energy-less and migrane will drive you insane.

In addition, There is no guarantee that high fat diet won't fuck up your heart.

Make a concious life-style choice.
