Looking to meet a couple in Central CA

I don't know if this will bare fruit or not and I hope I got the right forum here :
Me and my wife are looking to meet and be friends with a new couple. If anyone in the centrol San Joaquin Valley is of moving or anyone wants to move to move to the Fresno-Clovis area there is a house that will be for rent soon near us.
a couple who are like us, please Nonsmokers, no drugs, mostly nondrinkers, no cussing in ordinary conversation. We are forty somethings but age is not that important.

Or if someone who lives hereabouts and who fits the charactistics above would like to meet a new couple you could leave a note here or I think you can send me a PM. We could exchange PMs. I do have a profile listed and prehaps I should say we have never swung or anything along those lines.

In case anyone does respond to this maybe I should add that extreme swingers would be out too. A lot of talk about sex with others would probably make us both uncomfortable. Someone who is not to omuch into swapping or swingering etc would be good.
