I am a newer writer looking to collaborate with someone. I feel like my strength is starting a story but I tend to get stuck finishing.
I am a M, typical write Erotic Coupling M/F, based on personal experiences. Ideally looking for F will I get to work on started stories but also willing to collaborate on stories maybe you’ve started too.

I am definitely flexible.

I wouldn't count on generating any collaboration interest until/unless you have work to look at posted here.

I concur. Never would I enter into a writing partnership until I saw what the other could do independently.

Perhaps you should prepare an audition piece - give potential collaborators a taste of your strengths and weakness. Just a thought.

Good luck.

Thank you all, that is a great idea. I’m a little nervous posting since they are all unfinished and very rough drafts. Any ideas the best ways to present what I have despite their unfinished state?

My advice is that it's too soon for you to be talking about collaboration. To be fair to a collaborator, I think you need to come to the table with more than this to offer to a successful collaboration--and I would so advise anything considering entering such a relationship.

1. Finish the story you are nearest to finishing which is probably the one you like best.

2. Read through it completely, taking your time, and edit any mistakes you find.

3. Alter any parts which, after you have read through your edit, you consider you could have written better.

4. Repeat steps 2 and 3 a further three times.

5. Do a final read through and, if you are happy, submit.

6. After publication come back and ask again. The better your story is in respect of spelling and punctuation the more chance you’ll get a collaborator.

7. Some writers hit the ground running and are good from the outset but many aren’t like that and improve with age.

8. Remember before you give up on yourself you have to get started in the first place.
