And had numerous health issues at that particular time, though most turned out well.
I could be mistaking you for another Rick though, so no offense if it's not you.

I would most of these to varying degrees of course.5 THINGS NO ONE ADMITS.
HOW MANY OF THESE TRUE FOR YOU?
1. Most people are pretending to have life figured out
Behind confidence, success, and social media smiles, many people are quietly confused, anxious, and trying their best to survive.
2. Some people miss you but will never reach out
Ego, fear, pride, or guilt stop many people from expressing what they truly feel.
3. Being “strong” becomes exhausting after a while
The people who always support everyone else are often the ones silently needing comfort the most.
4. Many relationships continue out of comfort, not connection
Some people stay because they fear loneliness more than unhappiness.
5. Almost everyone is fighting a battle they rarely talk about
Stress, grief, overthinking, heartbreak, loneliness, family pain, self-doubt—many people carry invisible weight every single day.
The older you become…
the more you realize people are far softer, sadder, and more human
than they appear on the surface.
#selfawareness
Well lucky you.I would most of these to varying degrees of course.

Heya cheeky!I think it will just not let them start a conversation with you - the option won’t be there.
I’m not entirely sure, but I don’t think so?Heya cheeky!
Bringing the discussion here.
Ok, they can't start a conversation, that makes sense.
What if there already was an existing conversation, could they still send a message or reply?
Actually, I can now confirm that this is still possible. The(ir) PM will still be delivered, with that Red little notification button, though the message will be "hidden".I’m not entirely sure, but I don’t think so?
Just gone lunchtime where I am but still tempted to order one of them for dinner tonight
Thank you for the welcomeWelcome to my forum!
Bringing you here, keep me posted if you end up having either one for dinner!

SlurpI have a confession:
I couldn't resist it, it was just too good. So I had it for lunch, and also bought another pack takeaway (2nd pic) for later.
Fried rice with fermented shrimp paste.
Ingredients include (1st pic, clockwise from left):
Dried shrimp
Onions (it's white)
Mango
Fried egg
Cucumber
Pineapple
Chicken (stir fried) in the middle

They didn't have Laksa on the menu where I order from. Will have to try my hand at making one... any recipe tips will be gratefully received!I have a confession:

The fried rice dishes they had didn't look a patch on yours so ended up getting a pad thai in the end which was delicious![]()
Oh I think I've only ever had the Thai Laksa. Thanks for the update!
Laksa is another time-consuming dish.
The fish broth is crucial, though a nice short-cut is to use the laksa seasoning from instant noodles.
I take it you're referring to the soury soup base type of laksa, right?
There's another type of laksa that's from Thailand, where the soup is creamy, it uses coconut milk.
Ahh ok, it was with a creamy, coconut milk base, right? I actually like this version better though both are also good.Oh I think I've only ever had the Thai Laksa.
Makes sense as I was in Thailand when I had it![]()
Most welcome and lmk if you have any questions!I would love to try the other type though... I will hunt out a recipe. And thank you for the tip about using laksa seasoning from instant noodles!![]()
