Some people stay because they fear loneliness more than unhappiness.

Stress, grief, overthinking, heartbreak, loneliness, family pain, self-doubt—many people carry invisible weight every single day.

I'm sure all of these have happened to me at some point in time except for number 1. Life is too chaotic to even pretend to have figured out. So I just roll with the punches and deal with what I can. Then I freak out about the rest.

I have experienced all those. Number 3 for sure, especially recently. But some times you don’t have another option
