As I see it, this matchmaking thing is not going quite as I expected. First, no winning woman for our darlin' Meta and worse yet, Meta has become lost in his work.

However, as an unexpected side benefit, of sorts, I have received a handwritten letter on lavender stationery from a Ms. Fabersham. our local librarian.

Ms. F, recalls tenderly, her last date with a Harold B. in 1987. She has kindly informed me that if we go into the matchmaking business, she would ask that we see what we could do in her behalf.
