I have just recently downloaded Telegram and I am having trouble finding people to chat with. Male - Female - Trans(yes plz), It really doesn't matter. Wild or mild chat. IM me for the info and let's be new friends.

What is Telegram all about? Just a general chat site? Is it regulated or monitored in any way? I've been booted off many social media sites for sharing my short stories. Things are getting so restricted these days it's crazy!

I have not seen any monitoring that looks like big brother. I am have used it for a month or so now. It's kind of a new way to "openly" chat with friends and talk about whatever.
