Looking for story: space wet nurses

Basically the story was set on a space station or ship, and none of the occupants had ever seen land as it was a long range flight taking generations. One guy finds a hatch or chute he's not supposed to go through. He finds a large chamber of infants attended by specially bred wet nurses who are quite horny.
