Looking for story (doctor/couple)

I need help looking for a story please, I don’t remember the name of author. If anyone can help me please. What I remember from the story is a husband and wife going to a doctor and him setting up for the wife to be impregnated, something along those lines. So there’s two different room one where the wife from the waist up and the husband is at and the wife and waist down and where the other men are at. Eventually the doctor convinces the husband to join the guys.
