It's about a man who (don't remember if he's always been, or just had an accident recently) is disabled and in a wheelchair, and if I remember correctly paralysed from his waist down. So he can't have sex with his wife anymore, wife is the caring housewife type, but in the end (after a gradual/slow buildup) she has sex with someone (neighbour, male nurse?). He watches her all through the build up (withour het knowing) and, again if I remember correctly since it's really a few years ago and I only read the story once, in the end, when she finally gives in and has sex with said man, her husband is watching through a keyhole or something and climaxes (and I even think he gets up from his wheelchair).
