Going off your prompt, is this a consensual cuckold relationship? I.e. Is the husband a willing participant? Or is this a torrid affair with S. Asian wife and white guy? Is it a one time thing and she ends up knocked up? Or is it a prolonged affair and she ends up knocked up?

I'm not sure what you are asking. It sounds like you want someone to write your story for you. What you posted are already strong plot ideas, so you already have that. As for the family response, you'd need to talk to someone from that culture.

It's funny, I had an idea along these lines a few weeks ago for a non-erotic story. It was about an Indian guy, who's mother left his father for a white guy and he ended up living with mother and new white step father. The marital split didn't have any racial reasons, the first husband was just a PoS. It was basically a coming of age story of a desi boy becoming a man in an interracial home.
I realized that I don't have the cultural knowledge to write said story, so it's just sitting way back on the back burner.
