Looking for some feedback on a 1 page story

Carmen: Stoner Boner is a story I wrote that has a higher rating by my standards, most of my stories are rated under a four. It has a lot of views and ratings but only two comments that are not very helpful in understanding why this story was more appealing than some of my other ones. Any feedback about what you like and dislike is greatly appreciated. One more thing, it's in the anal catagory.
