Looking for: Mind control guy that loves stripping women

I am looking for your suggestions for a story, with Main Character being your "typical" guy with mind control powers, but who's biggest itch is to strip women and keep them naked (making them exhibitionists, social nudists, things like that). Mostly, I know, those stories are all about Main Character's penis beign kept wet and warm, and nothing but that, but I still hope. Alternatively, it will do if similar effect is achieved through coersion or blackmail.
