Looking for Mass Effect vibe

Hello there!

I'm looking for a series (preferably completed) either here or elsewhere with a Mass Effect vibe. Lots of star hopping, sexy aliens, MC can be M or F, action in and out of the bedroom (M/F, trans, futa, any kind of grouping).
Fan fics are ok, pref OCs to established characters. I have tried searching tags and will continue but any assistance appreciated.
