An example of what I'm thinking of is A Mother's Worry by MrHere which is both long with a gradual buildup and continual sexual tension, both between the mom and son, and hinted at internally (at least for the mom, at the beginning). The other good example is You Couldn't Handle Me by TheTalkMan but it's a bit too over the top imo with the descriptions of the mom and son being something like sex gods.
The story doesn't have to be about incest, but that genre does have the most obvious way to introduce a lot of tension or conflict between characters and within characters as they are pushed by whatever circumstances. Ideally there would be some twists and turns so the story isn't just a straight line that leads to fucking at the end.
Another genre where this might happen is in enemies to lovers stories but I don't have any examples to share that get what I'm interested across. A story where it isn't a foregone conclusion what will happen, at least for the characters in it.
