I'm looking for your opinions on the sequel to my first BDSM erotica short, Her First Submission: Kathryn's Training #1 (I won't whore myself out with a link, but you'll find it on Amazon if you're into that kind of book). The series will follow a vanilla girl discovering her love for submission under the tutelage of Master Patrick, a wealthy Dom with a bevy of subs he keeps in his opulent mansion.
The first story introduced Kathryn to the lifestyle, teaching her the pleasure of abandoning control, and it ended with her taking the collar of her new Master. The second book will begin with her moving into her Master's home to undergo intensive training in her new role.
My question is this: as a Dom, what would you like to see a fresh sub learn in her first days? If you'd just turned a vanilla girl into an eager-to-learn sub, what would you want to do with her initially? Would you ease her into the lifestyle gently, or would you try to push her to discover her limits?
Conversely, if you're a sub what would you say was the most exciting and erotic thing you discovered in the early days as you were discovering the lifestyle? How would you want to be treated? Roughly? Gently?
I'd love to hear any suggestions you may have. The first book just hit Amazon's Hot New Releases chart in the US, and it's edging into the top ten erotica books on Amazon Japan, so I want to get the sequel out as soon as my fingers can type it and my brain can dream up dirty scenes. Thanks guys
