Brother and sister are at college, and while walking home the sister and best friend are assaulted. Brother arrives and fights of the attackers. Mother is the police chief in a nearby town, absent father does black ops and his assistant is Mark Behan. Many other incest/taboo stories were in or around the town where the family lived.

Took a while to find on the WaybackMachine website. It used to be much easier to navigate, but about five or six years ago, it was reorganized and became much harder to navigate.
