Ok, so many of us have myspace pages. I hear people talking about their myspace pages all the time, and rather than searching through other people's friend lists, I figured we could just get our pages out here. Or, at the very least, you guys could add me to your friend list. :D

There's a link to my page in my signature, but you can also go here.

I have a page on MySpace. I just don't remember what it is, cuz I haven't been there in like a year.

I don't either. :D It has been my understanding that teenyboppers post there so no eavesdropper can hear them on the telephone, or they post to attract boy friends. I'm not a teenybopper and have no interest in boy friends.

Precisely....LOL...

I use mine as a networking tool to find other authors and send out news about my own books. I have to admit I don't totally get it, but I do try and update my blog and mooch about there at least once a week.

Lots of people in the entertainment industry use it for networking and showcasing. bands put up a song or a video of theirs. Ameture movie makers show a trailer and links to where to purchase their DVDs. Writers link to their books. Etcetera, etcetera.

If it weren't for the fact that all of my stories are posted on Literotica, I would probably be posting a page myself to link to all of my work from one place.

But of course. :)

Ok, I was hoping more people would actually post links to their Myspace pages, rather than just send me invites. I think it would be great if we shared our pages with everyone here. I've had a bunch of friend requests from people I would never have known were from lit. and this thread hasn't even been up a day yet. Of course, privacy is important too, and if that's the case you could always ask people to PM you first before you send out a link to your page. :)

I may be mistaken, but aren't these links to other sites breaking, or at least stretching, the rules on posting?

Is myspace anything like literotica? Nope.

Is myspace making any of us any money? Nope.

So no, the links are fine.

Not only that, but it isn't direct advertizement either. Someone asked for people to share, and they did. It's like, totally different ;)
