The problem with that scenario is the the number of moving parts are a bit of a pain in the ass and it's only three necessary moving parts mind but three is one too many in this case and I'll tell you why.
In order to have forced non-con between two people you need the man, the woman and the tormentor for a lack of better terms. What is the motivation of this tormentor. I can get behind the guy who wants to punish his ex for whatever reason, or the guy who's just plain sick and does it for fun. I can understand a woman taking advantage of a man for various reasons. Though unless you're talking strap ons it's either harder to manage or harder to convince your reader that this is a great attrocity instead of a mild annoyance. And we can go round and round on it all you like but I have a hard time feeling sorry for the guy who gets tied up and fucked. This is assuming you don't go super cruel which isn't allowed but super cruel is. . .graphic and often mutilating. But I can see both of those scenarios with out issue.
What I can't easily see is why a tormentor would make two people fuck. The only ones that come to mind are variations on families that run in with criminals. I'm sure if you dug around a bit you could find a family that crossed the mob, or was home for a break in, or was touring the middle east and got captured by someone who forced them to fuck at gun point. The other, which to me seems less plausible is some combination of current S/Os know their partners either had a relationship at some point or secretly want one. But I think that's a bridge to far. Fiction is extremely odd that way, you want a story about a kid who gets bit by a radioactive/genetically engineered/magic Spider and develops powers most of which don't even make sense? No problem. You want to write a story where Mary and John tie their SO's Tom and Sara together so the inevitiably fuck. . .well prepare for the shit storm that is the internet.
So after that, I'd say you need to flesh this idea out a little bit more. Dual non-con isn't impossible (I'm pretty sure I have one up, not sure how good it is because it's years old Making Rent the majority of it is two women though.) but it's certainy a difficult needle to thread.

My first thought as for the "tormentor" was an alien researching human sexual habits, and finding his subjects uncooperative, got fed up and decided to force it.

That could work as well. Or some kind of breeding farm. I could easily see some hypothetical One World Government took over women are reduced to near slave status and they look around and want more blue eyed blonde women for their harems, or more hispanic women or whatever doesn't matter. Pick a race of women you find attractive on the whole or even a blend (I've personally yet to see a half black half Asian woman who wasn't a complete fucking knock out.) And then start breeding them.
Similiarly you could take the real life story of how Russia tried to cross breed Gorillas and people (which frightengly enough is probably laughably easy today if unethical and illegal. Though I've never personally heard of them doing anything that extreme but if we can make bunnies that glow in the dark and sheep that produce spider silk or at least a comprable compound making a man beast shouldn't be that hard.) But instead Nazi(or insert evil empire here) wanted to see if you could get the x race and y race to design soldiers to use as shock troops.
Like I said it's not impossible to come up with scenarios but I always assume that someone wants something "bland" by which I mean it could potentially be happening right now unless they specify otherwise.
