not that I have looked into this on a medical level but...

You could get a small box of test tubes/Hemo cap viles and fill them. Tape the tops on. Get a small bit of dry ice and cover with a towel. Put these in a shippable box lined with foam and there ya go. It should not be so cold as to freeze what ever liquid you might be shipping if you use a thick enough towel but it will keep it for at least 48-72 hours. Beyond that I would not suggest drinking.

This is going to be very problematic. Sperm needs to be kept at a constant temp of around 70 F. Once injected in a womans body, the warmer temp makes them active, and within hours most are dead. If chilled like in a fridge, they die even more rapidly.
I would NOT use sperm shipped by post!

I think your best bet is to find a friend locally who uses condoms. Make sure it's as fresh as possible. 2 or 3 hours max. Keep the semen close to your body until ready for use. And who ever your friend is be sure he's D@D free!

...just as a side note... my suggestion works for blood. He is right about finding a local...but as for the cold killing them...not so sure. AGAIN I say I have not looked at this medically
