I dont drink and cant stand drunks thanks to being around them my whole life.. and secondly... I wouldnt know how to meet a girl, Im not good with social situations even with other guys, let alone girls.. I never learned whats ok and whats not.. too much time forced to be alone

I can understand not liking drunks, I don't either. Not everyone who goes to bars is there to get drunk. I'm just saying that in a coffee shop or bar there are a lot of different people hanging out. You might be able practice your social skills at one of those places.
If you're nervous, maybe drive a few towns away and try there.
