I'm doing a new thread instead of using KerkerMeister's because I didn't want this to get lost in the politics. If you are missing family members and want to look for them, or if you need to leave a message of some sort to let folks know you're okay, there's a list of links for you here.

Just wondering...I used to work in Corinth, Mississippi and Huntsville, Alabama. Just how far east did the storm go? Anybody know where I can get an online map that shows the path of the storm with the cities marked, too?

Sorry for the hijack. I'm sure this will be a helpful thread, snowy. if not for BDSMers, they can pass the link on to others. :)

NP DVS. I didn't find a map, but there are state by state damage reports here.

OOPS...

Wrong link. It's at the bottom of this page.

Thanks for the link Snowy!

*hugs*

Looked on overhead views today of my various relatives houses via the Internet, calculating how far above sea level they are it looks like, only one of them should have taken significant flooding damage.

I didn't find my relatives on those lists but I haven't worked through them all yet. I've been looking through all the lists I can find for days.

My Mother and I had to talk today. She was of the opinion my cousin would be too stubborn to leave. If she was too stubborn I can see her influencing the others. That is one of the big problems with New Orlean's folks not wanting to leave even now.
