I forgot the title and the category it was in (it was either in Transsexual and Crossdressers or Sci-Fi and Fantasy). The premise is that a female scientist use a drug that causes her to grow a dick. One thing that stood out in my memory is that in the first chapter, she seduces and fucks her female assistant that was engaged and caused the assistant to throw her engagement ring to the trash.
