Looking for Custom Leatherworker

So my new boyfriend wants cuffs made... and we contacted someone I know but that guy doesn't work with the kind of hardware we're interested in. So can anyone here refer me to a custom leathermaker that has the ability to make specialized pieces?

I was wondering if anyone else had some suggestions... he looked but didn't like the padding used in two of the three suggested sights and the third one he questioned the quality/custom ability of their work... picky picky, why do dominants have to be so picky?

Where might one even advertise that you're looking for such a person who does such work?
