Looking for an older story

I’m looking for an older story I read a while ago. I am hoping to use some of the concepts in a new story.
From what I recall it was in three parts and is a romance/loving wives tale.

Basilly, the husband and wife live in New York. The wife works for a marketing firm, the husband works in IT until he loses his job. She is cheating on him with her boss and treats him bad until he gets a job on the other side of the country and leaves.

She falls pregnant and understands she screwed up and comes to find him. In the end they reconcile.
Now for the life of me, I can’t find the story, but for some reason I have a drive to find it.

Does anyone know the story I am talking about?

Yes, that was the one. I see that he has taken the story down for a rewrite.

It had been stuck in my head for some reason for about a month, and I couldn't get my brain off it. Hopefully, the new version comes out soon and I can tell my brain to be quiet and get back to my own stories
