The sister has a friend around for a sleepover, and the friend flirts with the brother. After the brother goes to bed, the friend receives a call from family about some kind of emergency, and she leaves rather than stay over. During the night, the brother gets up and goes to the bed he thinks the friend is sleeping in. He gets into bed with her and puts his hand over her mouth, and asks her if she wants this as much as he does, or something like that. The girl hesitates, and then nods. They have sex.
The next morning the brother works out what happened. While he had an excuse (he thought it was his sister's friend), his sister did not (she knew it was him all along). Realising his sister's feelings for him, he decides to pursue a relationship with her.
My memory of the story may be a little foggy, but does that ring any bells for anyone?
