Hello, I am looking for an editor to work with on various projects. I am looking for someone who can do more than correct my spelling, grammar, punctuation and typos I am looking for someone who will help me improve my writing skills as a whole, a mentor so to speak. Hi -- I think I may be able to help. None of the catagories you mention squick me. I am an experienced editor of erotica and prefer working with women writers. I have studied fiction writing and I am well versed in story structure and how stories should be written and I would be delighted to offer my suggestions. I am also experienced in basic proof-reading and grammar. Even so I am not infallible! (Alas )

Let me see something and I will have a go. I prefer to use Word for drafts, and I would return one copy showing my changes/suggestions and margin notes, and the second version 'clear' incorporating my suggsestions.

You, as the writer are also the publisher, so the final arbitor is always you, I would just be there to offer my bits and hopefully help you along. I am also here to act as a sounding board should you need it.
