I have a story that's 19k+ words/32 pages in Word that I think should be in the Romance category. I'm looking for someone who enjoys that sort of story to give an overall impression of the story and to do what I guess would be a technical edit (spelling, grammar, flow). I've run spelling and grammar checks and read through it a couple times and so have a couple friends. I suppose I'm looking for the opinion of someone who doesn't know me from a sack of hammers to look it over. There are a few other details I'll share with anyone who shows interest. I can be reached via any of the methods in my forum profile.

This next part may be putting the cart before the horse, but I'm also looking for what I guess would be a good erotic writing thesaurus. I have noticed I used a lot of similar word combinations this first time around and would like to expand my vocabulary. I have some of the How To sbmissions on the subject saved in my favorites but they cover the same handful of phrases and lean toward the more crude terms like "one eyed spit monkey" and so forth.

A Good Erotic Thesaurus

That's a very good idea. Visual Thesaurus made an effort in this direction by including some "naughty" words but really fell far short as far as I was concerned. I'll paste in the link below, you can do a search or two for free and maybe it'll help a little bit (I bought the program, it's different, but I'm not making a sales pitch here).

Better yet maybe a new thread would be helpful in the Author forum where an author picks a "wicked" word and shares the synonyms he/her uses when writing. Having many in one thread could be a very useful link to have handy.

As for the editing, since your intent is to post here at Lit, I'll consider. I'll PM you the details.
