I have a story that i have been working on for about 6 months. It involves 3 main characters (one male 2 female all mid-20s). The male character is a wealthy educated man working a universal translator program and is also mostly deaf as a result of a band accident. One of the females has been friends with the male for awhile and has been a confidant and business partner. The other female is a "runaway from her problems" girl heading home after a nasty breakup. Another part is that two females know each other from their childhood before they got separated.

I have about 6 to 8 chapters written but hit a wall on what next? I also do need assistance on the sex scenes.

Band accident?

Is this a novel of a series of stories involving the same characters? A novel is driven by the plot, so any new story needs to push toward the end point. Decide how the relationships will develop and set up scenes to show this to the reader. It never hurts to take the characters to a new place, a hotel, resort, shopping, whatever. This makes cameo character appearances possible.

A series only needs to be consistent with the previous stories, as far as the character's interactions. Don't suddenly turn one into a leather Domme, if she never was one before. Since the women are long time friends, a flashback scene of college days is possible.

The band accident is a part of the backstory in my 3rd chapter. This will be one continuous story with a goal in mind. I have a good idea of the character style of what i want to do... (no ret-con BDSM [not into that at all in my story or in real life])

I tried sending you a private message but it seems you have that feature turned off.

I've always wondered why people disable PM's. It's not like leaving a window unlocked.

I may be mistaken, but I believe private messages are off when you start an account on Lit. The person has to enable them if they choose to use that option.

Correct. It is not an automatic you have to go in and check it yourself.
