Hey everyone,
I'm a new writer, having started submitting stories to the site just before Christmas. I've worked with a couple of editors who have greatly improved my writing with regard to punctuation and grammar, but unfortunately due to real life commitments my primary editor is no longer able to assist.
I am mainly looking for someone to help proof-read my story before submission, picking up simple errors that a spellcheck in word cannot, such as accidentally using 'he' instead of 'she', that kind of thing. If you are willing to offer more substantial advice to improve my writing as well, then that's a bonus as I'm keen to learn!
My story is a sci-fi novel, currently 32 chapters in length. I tend to write about 15k words per chapter and submit a chapter a week. I need to go back and update the earlier chapters with everything I've learned in the last four months, so if you are interested in seeing what my current writing standard is like, I would suggest reading the most recent chapters instead.
Anyway, please get in touch if you might be interested!
Thanks in advance,
Tefler
