Looking for a technical editor

My name is Royce Connors and I'm looking for an editor to help with keeping the technical parts of writing in order. My story is very long (est. 50-60 chapters) and need help with continuity and flow issues. I need some advice on content and what to leave in and what to take out.

Straight, bi, gay, lesbian, all/a mix of above, nonerotic? That, I think, is the essential cut an editor needs at it before considering signing up for a long project.

There is a mix of the above mentioned sex. The sex takes up 1% of the story, so it isn't intregal to it.

I'm afraid that the thought of 50-60 chapters and the request that more than copyediting be done with it is probably a really tough commitment for a voluntary editor to take on for one author.

Do you also write short stories? You might approach this by asking for help on a short story or two and an editor's commitment to your work might build from there.

You might try offering to trade reading. I get my stories edited by trading editing.
