Try as I might, I can't find it again.
The story is about a guy who goes to a dorm (I think) where he is the only guy there, everyone else there is a girl. At this dorm he is not allowed to keep his door locked, and there are communal bathrooms. rules are set by the headmistress. If anyone breaks the rules, they are spanked. In this story, the guy breaks a rule, gets spanked. at this particular point, the headmistress is stroking his dick while he spanks him. Also, later in the story, the girls blackmail him into breaking the rules (I think). That's all I've got.
