Looking for a story

Lost an old favorite story and have been looking for over an hour without luck.
From what I remember the story involved a young man seeking a "Cumpire" due to his inability to have sex with regular women, he finds one in a hospital/mental asylum I think and sneaks her some cum tempting her to leave with him.
Any help finding this story would be appreciated.
