Long time fan of this website and finally made an account.
Looking for a story I read a few years back. It involved a woman (possibly the man's wife) cuckholding the man and then putting him in chastity. She then took the man to Mexico (could have been another similar country) for an operation to reduce the size of his penis so she could fit him into a smaller chastity cage. She then limited his orgasms. The final (and most fun) part was that she told him he would be castrated after 1,000 (may have been less) orgasms, but every orgasm she had counted and every orgasm that a man had whilst sleeping with her counted.
