I read this quite a while ago so details are hazy. I think it was in loving wife category. Basically wife had an affair with some guy due to him being sad or (This part is not clear) and husband finds out and tells his father/grandfather about it. It is reveled that the father/grandfather who runs farm has friend from his old days or from his army days and they decided to teach a lesson to wife.
Now I think wife was kinda living with her lover and he was sick type or had a condition. So husband and his father/grandfather and their group deviced a plan to spook him scare him to leave and they kind succeeded and wife was left miserable as her lover leaves her or dies.
Now the part that i clearly remember is wife going to her own home and turns out her family has also similar group and they also had same experience in their life and they said the wife made a mistake but now they have think for a plan for convincing/seducing her husband again and get her previous life back.
I don't think there was a sequel or if i ever read one but story end at this point kinda in a way intriguing as what the wife and her familys plan would be as husband and his plan was vary good and hilarious to spook the lover.
