The "Can't find it"-part is intentional. The story was also available on "another site" that provided a Blog feature for authors. And, apparently, the author simply lost interest in the story and asked for it to be removed.

Edit: Apparently, it's no longer for sale as it was a limited run of his hardback book.

A Google search for "adult story vengeful tide" shows results at Kemono, not sure if it is the entire story but some chapters showed up in the search.
