Looking for a story I can't recall the name of

Trying to find a story a read a while back...it was under the gay male section. It was about some guy who went to a gym with his girlfriend and the girlfriend wanted a membership there really badly but could not afford it or something like that. The personal trainer offered a discount or something like that if the girlfriend would convince her boyfriend to sleep with him. Long story short, she got her boyfriend to do it for her and he wound up enjoying it and leaving her at the end for the personal trainer. Can't remember the name for the life of me and I thought I favorite placed it when I read it but apparently not. Anyone know which one I'm talking about?
