Pretty sure it was on Literotica, and most likely in the Loving Wives section. I would guess it was published in the 2008-2012 time period (but don't hold me to that)
The story opens early on with a husband and wife in a hotel room (or similar), while a guy is going her. Pretty sure it was their first time doing this. The backstory talks about her being reluctant to this and that the husband had been the one pushing for another man to use her.
What's especially distinct is that she has a full mask on (can't see or hear) - but towards the end of the scene, it's revealed that her ear hold is unzipped, so she's heard everything the husband has been saying to the guy fucking her.
Later, in another chapter, the scene opens with the couple at home late in the evening. The husband is reading to their kids and getting them ready for bed, when the doorbell rings. The wife runs past to open the door, and then after a brief discussion with the person at the door, the wife runs upstairs, grabs their (husband and wife) toys - including mask - and runs back downstairs, but not before telling the husband to join her when the kids are asleep.
The husband gets the kids to sleep and goes downstairs to see the original guy and the wife (masked) engaged in some fun.
The guy turns to the husband and says something about "trust" because he is gagging the wife on his cock while she is on a swing? (that part is a little fuzzy)
The story is either really long or has multiple chapters and later seems to go off the rails into something darker, than I wouldn't usually enjoy. But the beginning was more my speed and something that I read over a couple times.
