Looking for a story about two people hooking up at a bar

This story came in two parts. The first part the girl went out to a bar specifically to find someone to hookup with. The guy at first told her to walk away but she didn’t. They end up having sex outside the bar near his truck. He drops her off at the end of the night with her thinking it would be a one time thing. The second part he runs into her and finds out she is pregnant with his baby from their night together. He takes her to lunch and gets to know her, they go back to his house and have sex once again. The only detail that sticks out to me in my memory is that the bar they were at was called Grubbys.
