Looking for a Picture

I am looking for a specific picture that I no longer have save on my computer. I'm pretty sure it was in Shank's body mod thread but at this point I'm not entirely sure. Multiple searched on my end have turned up diddly, so instead of manually searching I thought I would ask for help first.

One side of the picture has a penis with a prince albert piercing, and the jewelry extended into a female tongue piercing on the other side of the picture. If anyone can share that with me or point me in the right direction I would be oh so appreciative! Thanks
