I admit I am struggling with this a bit... but I have opinions.

First, get your Testosterone checked. If you are low you can take supplements, though it might cause your testicles to shrink. Testosterone level has a big effect.

Second, Viagra helps with blood flow when you are a bit tense. Don't be embarrassed to take it or to admit you take it. FYI, it takes about an hour to start having any effect.
