I was reading a story when I suddenly remembered a similar one I'd read some time ago. Tried running a few words/combinations through search with no luck.
Story goes:
Guy moves in and meets neighbors (2 girls). One girl is into him and they almost hook up but he feels guilt about his girlfriend. Other neighbor is now mad at him, he tells his gf and they play out fantasies involving the neighbors. He talks to the neighbor who was mad, finds out she has feelings for her roommate, they get together. Final chapter is girlfriend visits and they all swap with eachother in an orgy.
