I think the story is about a man who dies/dead and gives an itgan in donation. The reciever is a girl and i think she was a spy/cop/agent or something and she was being mugged or maybe raped but the man saves her and dies or something similar.
After recovery she tries to find more about her saver and looks for his address and find a cabin /shack isolated and read diaries or something and knows his history.
His first wife loves him and he loved her but she fucks her boss for promotion and i think they were in same company and he leaves them
His second wife also is in love and they had a son but after resignation he started his own firm with a partner and wife cheats with his partner and says the boy is his partner's and they sell the company or take over from husband and left him penniless/in debt(I think his old company wanted to buy his new firm and sent his ex wife for it but it may be later I am not sure)
After he left and goes to a town and saves two bous from drowning and it shows in paper but it was fault of a high level politician's son so they potray him as villain in story so he curse his bad luck and goes on his way.
I think it was a multi part story or the reciever girl/her organization plays part in other of authors story
